5. Panel & Frame Structure:
   • The panel is made of high-molecular PP (polypropylene), while the slab roller frame uses DC01 cold-rolled steel, formed in one piece by a CNC bending machine. This ensures precise bending control, integrated overall structure, effective water resistance, and stable mechanics.
   • After degreasing, rust removal, and polishing surface treatment, the body maintains excellent welding and spraying performance in high and low-temperature environments. The surface is treated with high-temperature powder electrostatic spraying, resulting in a matte premium texture that resists dust accumulation, is easy to clean, and prevents paint peeling. It is more robust, durable, and operates more smoothly.
6. Platform Material:
   • The platform uses high-molecular plates with high impact resistance and weatherability, achieving an impact strength of 130J/M at -20℃.
   • This material features high fluidity, smooth finish, and excellent high-temperature resistance, ensuring a smooth and flat platform surface for quick cleaning. It is corrosion-resistant, durable, and resistant to deformation.
7. Frame Spraying Technology:
   • The slab roller frame adopts electrostatic powder spraying technology with a coating thickness of 80-150UM. The coating is vibrant in color, safe, reliable, and has strong adhesion, while also being energy-efficient and safe.
   • The large handwheel of the slab roller is sprayed with tactile paint, presenting a semi-matte surface with a delicate and smooth touch, elegant and solemn appearance. It has excellent scratch resistance, weatherability, and wear resistance.
8. Transmission & Adjustment Design:
   • The product features a dual upper and lower roller design, driven by synchronous gears for smooth transmission. It is equipped with a clay thickness regulator adjustable from 0-60MM (with a thickness scale).
   • Driven by a large handwheel, it operates effortlessly, safely, and smoothly. The feet adopt a detachable installation design with stainless steel adjustable foot cups, adapting to different floor environments.
